- Write up offers to properties you are interested in & negotiate to put you in the best position.
- <After the offer is accepted> Go into attorney review – usually takes 3-5 business days
- <Out of attorney review> Submit initial deposit and
- Order inspection (*negotiate for inspection credit)
- Schedule appraisal from the bank, receive mortgage commitment from the lender
- Title Search
- Once you perform the inspection, mortgage commitment, and title search, wait for clear-to-close from the lender and title company.
- Congratulations! You’re officially homeowners now!
